What Uncle Vito's collects
Nothing. Uncle Vito's Pizzeria Tycoon has no accounts, servers, ads, analytics or tracking. We, the developer, do not collect, receive, store or sell any information about you.
On your device
Your game — the shop, its name, the day it's on, the messages and reviews in it — your save slots and your settings, such as the music volume. They stay in the app and in your device's backup, and deleting Uncle Vito's deletes them.
Game Center
If you sign in to Apple's Game Center, the game sends your scores (cash, market share and days in business) and the achievements you earn to Game Center, so you can compare them with friends. Apple runs Game Center under its own privacy policy; nothing passes through us. The game works fully without signing in.
Notifications
None. The messages and alerts in the game are part of the game, appear only inside it, and need no permission.
Children
Uncle Vito's collects no information from anyone, including children.
This website
vito.okbyus.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else. Cloudflare, which hosts it, keeps the short-lived server logs every web host keeps.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be here, with its date.
